i love the pic overall, lol, its great and the angle and then the reflection of him on either side, lol, its like good and evil...and they're all debating on whether or not to hate you for putting them him in a tank xD lol jk xD

Cute! I think the focus needs to be a bit tighter around his head (though I understand that can be hard to do, given the fact that animals like to move and that it looks like he was in the corner). There also looks like there might have been a little something on the lens with the white flecks?

But again, the framing of this is really nice, and I like the reflections the turtle is giving. Unique shot, and well executed. :)

gee. at first I thought there was a snake crawling under him, but it's the reflection of his feet. make the pic very dynamic, yet peaceful, like a turtle... slow and wavy. good one!

Aww! This photograph is so cute! I love the angle you took this photo at. It makes the turtle pushing up against the glass so adorable. The pattern on the shell is pretty cool, and its great how clear the image came out.

really well captured piece. I love the textures and colors on the turtle - she's very cute indeed! The clarity and tightness of focus is really well executed, especially the detail of the head - that's some amazing natural markings! In the full-view a bunch of white dots are visible in the top half of the picture - are they water spots? That's the only criticism I have about this piece, as it is a little distracting. All in all, amazing shot!

love the reflections and the angle, but i agre, with volcomchick when he said that "you could perhaps change to improve it would be to have the turtle on a background that he'll stand out more on"

But i like ;)

Oh my goodness - this is brilliant! You really have a knack for photographing animals, hun! And the angle you've chosen for this gives such an impression that the poor little turtle is trapped - horrible concept, but it makes for a fantastic photo!

Among all existing reptiles I have seen, turtles have the best looking feet (or claws, whatever) *_* and I just noticed thanks to those ultra zoomed photos...
